Each year the team members must be able to demonstrate their commitment to the three performance areas through internal review from their colleagues and managers as well as external, independent measures of performance for our composite. The success or failure of the team and the individual member against these benchmarks directly impacts their overall financial reward. This ensures the whole team is working together to achieve our common goals and to positively impact the lives of those with whom we come into contact.
